The Fifth Wheel Catering, the full-service catering arm of Baileys' Restaurants, has the expertise to craft the perfect menu to represent your unique taste - from interactive burger bars to multi-course plated dinners. Our restaurant family allows for the diversity in menus and experiences to find exactly what you are looking for. The expert team of pastry chefs can also handle custom dessert and wedding cake requests, creating beautiful confections entirely from scratch. Our goal is to make your experience with us exciting and delicious, as well as easy and stress-free!

We strive to provide food and drink made with high quality ingredients, made from scratch by Baileys’ chefs and bakers. We offer seasonal menus, custom signature cocktails, and the ability to accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan).

Our Venues

The Fifth Wheel is the exclusive caterer at Willow, Slate, and restaurants in the Baileys’ family. We are a preferred caterer at 9th Street Abby, Lucas Schoolhouse, The Factory, and The Thaxton. We can also cater private events at your home, office, or any event site that allows outside catering.

Our commitment to sustainability

We are proud to be a Green Dining Alliance 5-star rated company. Our team has a strong commitment to sustainability and continually push to have environmentally-friendly practices in place at our events. We’re close to reaching our goal of being 100% zero waste, meaning any waste we create will be composted, reused or recycled. 

Our zero waste efforts include:

  • Beginning our own composting on-site for all compostable material produced from events

  • Using only LED bulbs at our private event spaces to help reduce electricity waste

  • Developing partnerships with local shelters to re-allocate excess food that doesn’t get used

  • Serving beer and wine out of kegs to eliminate bottle waste

  • Eliminating plastic wrap from our food production and switching to reusable vessels

  • Using compostable to-go vessels instead of ones made from plastic

  • Sourcing fresh florals and produce from Baileys’ very own Micro Farm when available
