Where does fifth wheel offer its catering services?
The Fifth Wheel is the exclusive in-house catering service at two private event spaces in downtown St. Louis, Willow and Slate, as well as at a number of the Baileys’ Restaurants including Rooster, Baileys’ Chocolate Bar, Small Batch and more. We’re the preferred caterer at 9th Street Abby, Lucas Schoolhouse, The Factory, and The Thaxton. We are also happy to provide catering at your office, home, or any venue that allows outside catering!
Does The fifth wheel provide rentals or linens?
For events at Willow and Slate, all rentals are included, with the exception of linens. For off-site events, we are happy to coordinate the rental of any china, flatware, glassware, linens, or tables that you may need.
do you offer both delivery and full-service catering options?
We offer a variety of service types to suit the needs of your event. Our full-service option, required for events with a bar package, includes set-up, clean up, and service throughout your event. We offer plated, station, or buffet-style service for dinner. For events that do not require a full staff, we offer pick-up, delivery, and delivery plus set-up options.
for wedding catering, do i need to bring my own wedding cake?
Our in-house bakery would be happy to create a tiered wedding cake with a classic textured design in any of our wide range of flavors. We are happy to serve cakes not purchased through Fifth Wheel Catering for a $1.50/serving fee, which covers storage, cutting, and serving of the cake.

can our guests’ dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions at no additional charge. Our chefs make almost everything in house and have plenty of gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. We can easily make sure that no one is left out because of their dietary restrictions.
Do you take special menu requests on items that you do not normally serve?
Yes, our chefs love to collaborate with clients and create custom menus based on your unique vision and tastes!
can I get food catered from one of the Baileys' Restaurants?
Absolutely! Once you've submitted your inquiry, our event coordinators can work with you to plan a customized menu specifically for your event.
is there additional gratuity?
Our automatic service fee covers full wages for all event staff. Additional gratuity is accepted, but is neither expected nor required.
